Ashlie specializes in public relations, marketing, communication, and business development. She really enjoys problem solving, finding unique ways to reach and retain consumers.  She is also highly skilled in administrative process development, team building, events, and volunteer management.  Ashlie often works with business clients, but her passion is partnering with nonprofits that share her commitment to making a positive impact in the world.

Cody's background is in business development, educational administration, and construction management.  He works primarily in the area of community development, helping people who lack job training receive skills necessary to add value to their family and to the community as a whole.  Cody's current role at Seabolt Consulting is limited as he works full-time for a national bank leading unique community reinvestment programs.
